The snapshot

Slowmo is many things: a song, a statement and a weird moment. It is the work of three friends and a broad hint. Our world has increased tremendously in speed especially in the last years. Consciously and unconsciously we jump on this train, getting faster and faster, again and again. Some of us have been riding it for years, looking for the right stop. We are on the move, we network, we start new projects, we work and create day and night. In our world, the „night“ never comes, because as soon as we go to bed someone on the other side of the world is already getting up. We are trimmed for results and success and that is a good thing and beneficial. But in doing so we forget ourselves. We forget to perceive ourselves in relation to the world as an individual and we only see our purpose in this world blurred or even not at all. And just because we are constantly working and filled with fear of getting old.

Instead we should take one moment and perceive ourselves and our surroundings. And of course you can’t have it all at once, so start small, score big. A first, single thought about the relationship between you and your surroundings is a big step towards your destiny.

Three friends

The song is supposed to do many things, but it cannot possibly bring everyone to their own, individual purpose. It should simply poke the topic:

The Book of Moments

I treated myself. But first I had to remember myself. If it hasn't yet become clear: Slowmo was and is a process for me that has a lot to do with personality development. Hear, hear. In the process of writing I have essentially understood that at first I must distance myself from everything, really everything, and then get back to those things and persons that are most important to me, and then, damn it, finally get started! And that´s by living out my crazy ideas, fantasies, melodies, concepts and values.

That's what I'm working on every day now and besides producing daily I also had the idea for the Book of Moments. A book filled with moments, pictures and colors which describe and are - Slowmo. I also created a music video - lyric video, which you can watch on YouTube. You can also take a deeper look at Instagram picture by picture!
